Learning Intent

This lesson establishes the precise meaning of “psychic branding” for working practitioners. You will separate brand from tactics and from psychic skill training, then anchor your work in a clear service category that clients and peers can repeat without distortion. By the end, you’ll hold a practical definition of your category, your positioning within it, and the ethical guardrails that govern every word you publish.

We build on proven positioning doctrine (Ries & Trout; April Dunford): specify the market frame, define the competitive alternatives, state the core value, and provide proof. Here, you will create a one-sentence category definition, supported by an ethical messaging framework that sets expectations accurately—no guarantees, no medical/legal promises, and no fear cues. This clarity becomes the spine of your visibility system throughout the course.

Tradition Grounding

Our field has always respected category clarity. The Heptameron and the Arbatel distinguish the “offices” of spirits by day, virtue, and utility. These texts present spirits as benevolent collaborators—ordered, wise, and purposeful—whose assistance becomes reliable when the practitioner states the aim clearly and works within proper bounds. The lesson is obvious: precise naming and lawful scope enable effective cooperation.

The Ars Notoria pursues memory, eloquence, and learning through disciplined forms; the Key of Solomon emphasizes preparation, purity, and properly stated petitions. Across these works, two patterns recur: classify before you engage; request what is useful and within remit. In modern professional practice, your brand performs the same function. A clean category name and a lucid claim establish right relationship—with clients, with peers, and with the intelligences that support your work. Clarity is an ethical act and a practical one.
