Coven Membership Rules

The following rules define the standards, responsibilities, and expectations of all who enter the Coven. Acceptance of membership confirms full agreement with these rules and acknowledgment of the Coven’s zero-tolerance enforcement.
1. Confidentiality and Secrecy
All teachings, rituals, communications, and internal materials of the Coven are strictly confidential.
Nothing shared within the Coven may be disclosed, copied, or discussed outside approved spaces.
Breaking secrecy results in immediate removal.
2. Respect and Conduct
All members must treat one another with respect, patience, and dignity.
Harassment, argumentation, hostility, or disrespectful behavior is forbidden.
Any breach results in immediate removal.
3. Upholding Coven Standards
Members must maintain the ethical, spiritual, and behavioral standards set by the Masters.
This includes discipline, integrity, and honorable representation of the Coven at all times.
Failure to uphold these standards results in immediate removal.
4. Active Participation and Contribution
Membership is not passive.
Members are required to study, engage, share knowledge, support discussions, and contribute to the growth of the community.
Consistent inactivity or refusal to participate results in immediate removal.
5. Duty to Assist Others
Every member carries the responsibility to help, guide, and support fellow practitioners when appropriate.
Withholding assistance, creating division, or acting with indifference violates the spirit of membership and results in immediate removal.
6. Obedience to the Masters
The Masters’ direction, corrections, and decisions must be followed without dispute.
Attempts to argue against or undermine their authority result in immediate removal.
7. Invitation Protocol
Only recognized and approved members may invite others to the Coven, and all invitations require prior approval from the Masters.
Unauthorized invitations result in immediate removal.
8. Ethical and Moral Conduct
Members must act with honesty, integrity, and fairness in all areas of life.
Exploitation, manipulation, deceit, or harmful intent is strictly forbidden and results in immediate removal.
9. No Harm Principle
Members must not engage in spiritual, emotional, or physical harm toward others, within or outside the Coven.
Any action undertaken with harmful intent results in immediate removal.
10. Financial Responsibility
The annual membership contribution of 199€ must be honored without delay.
Failure to meet this financial obligation results in immediate removal.
11. Preservation of Unity
Members must avoid conflicts, faction-forming, gossip, or attempts to undermine unity within the Coven.
Any behavior that threatens internal harmony results in immediate removal.
12. Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
The Coven upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy for all violations of these rules.
Any breach—regardless of intention or severity—results in immediate and permanent removal, without appeal or reinstatement.
