We found a few bugs on the platform and they have been fixed with todays update

Academy Coupons not working for all members - Issue is fixed.
Some members not having access to all the content related to their level. - fixed

If you find a bug, post it in this thread so we can investigate it and fix it

Checkout and coupon update finished

added the customer chat window to the academy and coven. This chat is NOT for teachings nor questions about them. The Chat is for technical support only

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. However, could you please clarify whether I have been transferred to Forum Level 3? At the moment, I can only see Forum Level 2. I can see the Academy and the courses I have completed, but I am still unable to order a ritual as a Coven and Academy member. When I click on the ritual section, it says that no rituals are found. Therefore, I do not have access to the ritual option that should be available to members. In your other message, you mentioned that the demon would be activated for me starting tomorrow, but I cannot find or access Forum Level 3 on my panel. For clarification, I have completed all the Olympic Spirits. I have my certificate and all reports have been submitted. The last one was Hagith, which you have already seen. Unfortunately, I cannot click on the comment under my report, which may have been left by the Master. I would appreciate clarification regarding my account status, as there seem to be inconsistencies. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
