Coven Members Important Update and Tasks

We are close to wrapping up all the changes that have been going on for the last couple of months and as a coven member you will benefit greatly from them. We connected the different sites with our intranets and some external sites to concentrate everything in the academy and coven but there are a few steps you need to take :

The new academy is going in beta test phase today so i need you to register an account there and after that you need to use the academy transfer form so i can open up the courses you had in the old academy in the new one. The courses registered in the new academy will be accountable for your future progress in the coven. Here is the new academy: https://terraincognitaacademy.com/auth
After registering a new account you can use this form to transfer the courses (only courses and grimoires) most of them are already registered but if one of them is not, don't pannick, it will be before jan. 1 except for a few grimoires that will not be coming back https://terraincognitaacademy.com/academy-transfer
Once you have done this, you will receive a notification from the academy when your access has been restored.

This is what you need to do for now. On Jan. 1 we will resent all the memberships in the coven so they comply with the anual membership. There will no longer be a monthly or life time membership as both are against the purpose and goals of the coven. Students who purchased a lifetime membership can request a partial refund after which they will be removed from the coven. Students with a monthly membership that do not pay the yearly membership will also be removed from the coven. Starting jan.1 - 2026 this will be the new procedure for members.

If you want to become a member of the coven you need a recommendation from an actual member with his code or you need to send the form. There is no other way. No exceptions

The Academy is open for all but the coven only for a selected few.
