The Role of a Spiritual Healer & Reiki Practitioner
For those new to these traditions, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner works with the non-physical energy systems of the body. Reiki is a Japanese technique developed in the early 20th century, rooted in the concept of "life force energy." Practitioners believe that when this energy is balanced, it supports a sense of peace and mental clarity.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a benevolent and cooperative practice. It does not involve medical diagnosis or the treatment of physical disease; rather, it focuses on the emotional and spiritual layers of the human experience. At Essential Self Healing, these practices are approached with deep respect for the individual’s journey, helping clients reconnect with their own internal sense of harmony and resilience.
