The Holistic Experience at Kerissens Visitors to Kerissens can expect a serene, professional environment focused on the restoration of the body’s natural equilibrium. The practice specializes in three core modalities: Reflexology, Vodder Method Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Reiki. While Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage focus on the physical pathways of the body—stimulating specific pressure points on the feet or encouraging the movement of lymph fluid—the inclusion of Reiki introduces a spiritual dimension to the treatment. Each session is tailored to the individual’s current state, ensuring a respectful and benevolent interaction that honors the client’s physical and energetic boundaries.

The Tradition of Spiritual Healing and Reiki For those new to the concept, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner works with the subtle energy systems that surround and permeate the human body. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, we are more likely to feel stress; if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Practitioners serve as a conduit for this benevolent energy, using light touch or working just above the body to clear blockages and restore flow. It is a non-invasive, cooperative practice that complements conventional wellness routines. In the context of a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner in Switzerland, these traditions are held to high standards of professionalism and are often integrated into a broader health conscious lifestyle.
