Understanding Spiritual Healing and Reiki
For those new to these traditions, spiritual healing and Reiki are non-invasive, cooperative practices designed to promote balance and relaxation. Reiki, a Japanese technique that originated in the early 20th century, is based on the principle of channeling life force energy through the practitioner to the recipient. The practice is entirely benevolent and focuses on clearing energetic blockages to foster a sense of peace and wholeness.
A spiritual healer & reiki practitioner functions as a facilitator, working in harmony with the individual's own energy system. These practices do not involve medical diagnosis or legal advice; instead, they focus on the subtle layers of the human experience—emotional, mental, and spiritual. The goal is always to support the individual’s natural ability to find equilibrium, offering a complementary approach to traditional wellness that respects the autonomy and journey of every seeker.
