The Practice of Spiritual Healing and Reiki

For those new to these traditions, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner focuses on the relationship between the body’s subtle energy and its physical state. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice originating from Japan, designed to promote relaxation and stress reduction. It operates on the principle that a benevolent life force energy can be channeled to support the body’s natural ability to find balance.

In a modern context, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner in Montreuil acts as a facilitator, helping individuals reconnect with their internal sense of peace. These sessions are cooperative in nature, respecting the individual’s personal journey and autonomy. The goal is never to replace conventional care but to provide a supportive, complementary environment where the mind and body can rest and recalibrate.

Somatic Modalities and Sound Healing

Visitors to Edye can expect a sophisticated blend of traditional and contemporary techniques. Beyond energy work, the practice incorporates Sound Healing (Sonothérapie), which uses acoustic vibrations to encourage deep meditative states. This is often paired with an understanding of Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, which are evidence-based approaches focused on how the nervous system responds to stress.

Additionally, the practitioner utilizes DECEMO, a method derived from established frameworks like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). These tools are used to help clients process sensory information and emotional blocks in a safe, respectful manner. By focusing on the "soma" or the body, these sessions aim to release tension that the mind may not be able to articulate through words alone.
