The Tradition of Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to the world of energy work, understanding the foundations of a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner can be the first step toward personal growth. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. When this energy is high and flowing freely, individuals are more likely to feel capable of happiness and health.
Spiritual healing, in this context, is a cooperative and respectful practice. It does not follow a specific religious dogma; rather, it operates on the principle of transferring universal energy to the client to support the body’s natural ability to restore itself. The practitioner acts as a conduit for this benevolent energy, working gently to clear blockages and rebalance the system. This practice is entirely non-invasive and is intended to complement, not replace, traditional wellness routines, providing a calm space for reflection and rejuvenation.
