Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to the concept of a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner, these traditions are ancient practices focused on the flow of energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique that translates roughly to "universal life energy." It is based on the principle that a practitioner can channel energy to a client to support the body’s natural ability to balance itself. It is a non-invasive, benevolent practice that involves the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or just above the body.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a complementary discipline that treats the individual as a whole—encompassing mind, body, and spirit. It is not tied to any specific religion, but rather a universal respect for the life force that connects all things. These sessions are intended to be deeply relaxing and are often used alongside traditional wellness routines to promote a general sense of harmony. The approach is always gentle and respectful, aiming to empower the individual on their personal journey toward inner peace.
