Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing For those new to these practices, a spiritual healer and reiki practitioner works with the subtle energy systems of the body. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. Practitioners use a light, non-invasive touch or hover their hands just above the body to guide this energy. Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a benevolent and respectful practice that aims to harmonise the mind, body, and spirit. It is not tied to any specific religion but rather focuses on the universal connection between all living things, offering a gentle way to address emotional or energetic blockages without the use of invasive procedures.
Who Can Benefit from Bodhi Holistic This practice is well-suited for a wide range of individuals. It attracts those who are feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life, as well as those who are already on a path of self-discovery and wish to deepen their spiritual practice. It is particularly beneficial for people looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space to relax and recalibrate. Whether someone is dealing with a period of transition, seeking mental clarity, or simply wanting to experience the gentle flow of a Reiki session, the services at Bodhi Holistic are tailored to meet the unique energetic needs of each visitor in a respectful and safe manner.
