Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to these traditions, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner focuses on the subtle energy systems of the body. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. When this energy is balanced, a person is more capable of feeling happy and healthy.
Spiritual healing is a benevolent, non-denominational practice that complements traditional wellness routines. It does not require a specific belief system, only a desire for positive change and relaxation. These sessions are conducted with the utmost respect for the individual’s journey, focusing on restoring a sense of wholeness. It is important to note that these practices are intended to work alongside conventional medicine to support the body’s natural ability to find balance, rather than as a replacement for medical or legal advice.
