Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to these practices, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner Ireland focuses on the concept of life force energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique that dates back to the early 20th century, based on the principle that a practitioner can channel energy to support the body's natural ability to find balance. It is a non-invasive, gentle practice where the recipient remains fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a benevolent tradition that views the individual as a whole being. It does not focus on physical symptoms in isolation but rather seeks to harmonise the energetic field. This approach is entirely cooperative; it works alongside conventional wellness routines to encourage a sense of peace and emotional clarity. These practices are not medical treatments, but rather supportive tools for personal growth and stress reduction.
