This cooperative process is non-invasive and respects the individual’s personal boundaries, focusing entirely on fostering a sense of wholeness and spiritual alignment.
Reiki Traditions and Spiritual Practice
For those new to these concepts, Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word comes from the Japanese words "Rei," meaning higher intelligence or subtle wisdom, and "Ki," meaning life force energy. As a Spiritual Healer & Reiki Practitioner, the professional at Body & Spirit works with the subtle energy fields that surround and permeate the human body. Unlike medical treatments that focus on physical pathology, spiritual healing addresses the energetic and emotional roots of a person’s well-being. It is a complementary practice that works in harmony with conventional wellness approaches, emphasizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit.
