The Role of a Spiritual Healer & Reiki Practitioner
For those new to the world of energy work, understanding the foundations of a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner is the first step toward a successful session. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. Practitioners act as a conduit for this benevolent energy, using gentle touch or near-body placements to help clear blockages and restore the body’s natural equilibrium.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a cooperative process between the practitioner and the client. It does not focus on physical ailments through a medical lens, but rather looks at the energetic and emotional roots of one's well-being. The practice is rooted in respect and the belief that every individual has the capacity for inner harmony. By addressing the subtle energies of the body, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner in Netherlands helps clients achieve a sense of peace, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
