Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to these concepts, Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. A Reiki practitioner uses light touch or places their hands just above the body to facilitate the flow of this energy. The practice is entirely non-invasive and is widely respected for its ability to induce deep states of relaxation.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, involves the restoration of balance to the mind, body, and spirit. It is a cooperative process where the practitioner acts as a conduit for positive energy, helping the client clear emotional or energetic blockages. These practices are intended to complement a healthy lifestyle and are rooted in a tradition of kindness and holistic care, focusing on the individual's overall sense of harmony.
