The approach is entirely benevolent, focusing on the cooperative journey between the practitioner and the client to unlock a state of personal renewal.
Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to the concept, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner in the United States works within a tradition that emphasizes the flow of vital life force energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique developed in the early 20th century, based on the principle that a practitioner can channel energy to a client through light touch or by hovering their hands just above the body. This practice is intended to activate the natural healing processes of the client's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a non-denominational practice that respects the individual’s personal beliefs. It is built on the foundation of benevolence and respect, operating under the philosophy that emotional and spiritual blockages can be released through focused intent and gentle energetic work. These sessions are not medical treatments; rather, they are complementary practices meant to support a person's overall quality of life and spiritual growth.
