Understanding Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to the concept of a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner, the practice is rooted in the tradition of channeling universal life force energy to promote relaxation and harmony. Reiki is a Japanese technique that translates to "spiritually guided life force energy." Practitioners facilitate the flow of this energy through gentle touch or by hovering their hands over specific areas of the body.
Spiritual healing, in a broader sense, is a cooperative process between the practitioner and the client. It is based on the belief that the body and spirit have an innate desire to be in balance. These practices are entirely non-invasive and non-adversarial, focusing on clearing energetic blockages and fostering a sense of wholeness. It is important to note that these sessions are intended to support spiritual and emotional health and are not a substitute for medical or legal professional advice. Instead, they act as a respectful accompaniment to a person's overall wellness journey.
