Understanding the Reiki Tradition
For those new to the concept, Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that dates back to the early 20th century. The practice is centered on the principle of "Life Force Energy" that flows through all living things. A Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit for this benevolent energy, helping to guide it where it is most needed within the client’s field. As a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner United States, the focus is always on cooperative wellness. The practice is non-invasive and does not involve the manipulation of bones or deep tissue in the medical sense; instead, it works with the body’s natural ability to relax and restore itself. It is a gentle, respectful tradition that complements other lifestyle choices and fosters a sense of holistic well-being.
