The Practice of Reiki and Spiritual Healing
For those new to the world of energy work, understanding the role of a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner is the first step toward a restorative experience. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. When this energy is high and flowing freely, individuals often feel more capable of happiness and health.
A spiritual healer works cooperatively with a client’s own energy system. The practice is entirely benevolent and non-invasive, typically involving the practitioner placing their hands lightly on or just above the body to facilitate the flow of positive energy. It is a respectful, quiet tradition that does not require any specific belief system to be effective. Instead, it offers a gentle way to clear mental clutter and foster a sense of deep, meditative relaxation.
