Silence the Voice That Limits You

Silence the Voice That Limits You

This course gives intermediate practitioners a structured, repeatable system to reduce negative self-talk, self-sabotage, and decision noise in real performance contexts. Grounded in cognitive-behavioural tools, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) techniques, and contemplative attention skills, the curriculum moves from precise mapping to field-ready protocols. You will learn to map internal dialogue patterns with operational precision: triggers, recurring themes, contextual anchors, and the core beliefs that sustain limiting narratives. Recognition skills teach early-warning somatic cues, attentional markers, and thought-labeling that let you intervene before the voice dictates behaviour. Interruption protocols are practical and scalable: pattern breaks, targeted attentional shifts, short physiological resets, and stop/redirect scripts that work under time pressure. Replacement methods focus on constructive self-talk scripts, evidence-based counterstatements, values-aligned language, and micro-behaviours that neutralize procrastination, avoidance, perfectionism, and impulsive relief behaviours. Stabilization covers willpower economics, focus control, friction design, implementation intentions, and accountability structures to keep performance consistent under stress. Decision hygiene modules teach bias awareness, threat vs. signal discrimination, uncertainty thresholds, and pre-commitments that reduce retrieval noise in high-stakes choice points. Every module includes measurement and iteration protocols: journaling templates, weekly audits, relapse plans, and quantifiable metrics so you can test, adapt, and scale what works. The course is explicitly performance-focused; it does not provide clinical diagnosis or psychotherapy. The result is a durable, portable toolkit you can deploy in meetings, practices, competitions, and creative production to quiet limiting self-talk and restore clear, confident action.
