The Role of a Spiritual Healer & Reiki Practitioner
For those unfamiliar with these traditions, a spiritual healer & reiki practitioner facilitates a process of energetic relaxation and restoration. Reiki is a Japanese technique developed in the early 20th century, centered on the principle of "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). Practitioners believe that by placing their hands lightly on or just above the body, they can act as a conduit for positive energy.
This practice is non-invasive and revolves around the concept of cooperation between the practitioner and the client’s own natural energy system. In a broader spiritual healing context, the goal is to foster a sense of peace, reduce the clutter of daily stress, and encourage a harmonious state of mind. It is a benevolent tradition rooted in respect for the individual's journey, offering a quiet space for reflection and energetic realignment.
