As you know all Demon Attunements and a few others receive a power word after you complete the attunement. In the past you had to request this in the customer support panel. From now on no requests are to be made anymore. The masters in charge of your attunement will upload the power word to your dashboard 25 days after the purchase when the 7 rituals are completed and it will also be send to your email.
It doesn't matter if you start the attunement later. Just don't use the power word untill you finish

If one starts the attunement process later (I prefer to postpone mine until 20 or 21 days before the astrological or traditional regency days), should one inform the Coven of this, so that the distance workings can be syncrhonised with the student's actual 21-day cycle? Or, being beyond space-time, it doesn't really matter if remote and personal workings are not synchronized?

Doesn't matter. Once you start the attunement we receive notification and we start the 7 opening rituals distributed over 21 days. After 25 days you started the attunement you will receive the power word because our rituals have finished. It is your responsibility to finish the cycle correctly one you restart because you can not skip 1 day or you have to start over. Do not use the power word until you finish the 21 day cycle correctly or the results will not be what you can expect.
