Spirits to aid emotional recovery?

Good morning all.

I am new here, and this is my first post, so I am unsure if it is the right place, or even if I should be posting or if this is reserved for teaching staff. So again, apologies if I have gotten it wrong.

So my question is this:

To support emotional healing (relational trauma, social & relational wounds, insecure attachment styles, etc.), which are the most adequate spirits, of both infernal an celestial currents?

For emotional healing, I generally recommend approaching the work from both currents, because they address different aspects of the problem. From the angelic current, I would start with: Rehael — heals emotional wounds and damaged family dynamics. Melahel — promotes gradual healing and inner balance.
