Six clear steps to your certificate
- Enroll. Choose your standard and sign the enrollment declaration. In 2026 this secures your founding benefit immediately.
- Submit evidence. Upload documents or links for each requirement of TIAC-1000 and your specialist standard.
- Assessment. Each requirement is scored 0–4 against the published criteria.
- Corrective actions. Any gaps are listed with deadlines. You close them, then the assessment continues.
- Decision & registration. Approval gives you a permanent registration number, an official certificate and your live badge.
- Annual review. Certification runs 12 months and renews when you keep meeting the standards.

- TIAC-1000 Universal Quality & Professional Integrity Standard — Baseline quality, integrity and customer-protection requirements applied to every TIAC certification.
- TIAC-1100 Certified Professional — Independent professionals delivering services under their own name. From 2027: €199 initial assessment + €159/year.
- TIAC-1200 Certified Business — Commercial businesses offering products or services to the public. From 2027: €299 initial assessment + €219/year.
- TIAC-1300 Certified Educational Provider — Schools, academies and educators delivering structured learning. From 2027: €349 initial assessment + €249/year.
- TIAC-1400 Certified Digital Service Provider — Online and digital service businesses. From 2027: €349 initial assessment + €249/year.
- TIAC-1500 Certified Ethical Organization — Organizations assessed against an ethical conduct framework. From 2027: €299 initial assessment + €219/year.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the 2026 founding enrollment include?
If your enrollment declaration is confirmed by 31 December 2026, 23:59:59 Madrid time, your initial certification, certificate, annual maintenance and ordinary reassessment cost €0 for as long as you keep meeting the standards. It never turns into a paid subscription.
What does it cost from 2027?
From 1 January 2027 new applications pay an initial assessment fee plus an annual maintenance fee per standard, starting at €199 and €159. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Is certification guaranteed?
No, and that is exactly why it carries weight. Certification is granted only when the evidence meets the published requirements. Applications can be refused.
How long does it take?
That depends mostly on how quickly you supply evidence. Assessment starts as soon as your evidence is complete, and open corrective actions are the main thing that adds time.
How do clients check my certificate?
They scan the QR code on your certificate or badge, or search the public register by registration number or organization name.
Can a certificate be suspended?
Yes. When conformity lapses a certificate can be suspended or withdrawn, and the register shows the current status at all times. That is what makes valid certificates trustworthy.
