- Your business or professional identity recorded (name, country, contact email).
- An eligible TIAC standard selected.
- The signed enrollment declaration submitted by 31 December 2026, 23:59:59 Madrid time.
- A permanent enrollment confirmation number issued by the system.
Why a founding certificate still means something
- Lifetime-free does not mean certified for life: each certificate runs 12 months and is renewed after annual reassessment.
- Successful initial assessment against TIAC-1000 and your specialist standard is still required.
- Correct use of the TIAC mark and the live badge on your website, checked every seven days.
- Temporary suspension or a technical outage never removes the benefit; you keep it through reinstatement.
- Only fraud, deliberate misrepresentation or serious unresolved noncompliance can end it, after a documented decision and appeal.

Do I need to pay anything or enter card details?
No. Founding enrollment requires no payment details, and no paid subscription is ever created automatically.
What if my assessment finishes in 2027?
You keep the founding benefit. What counts is the date your enrollment declaration was confirmed, not the date of the decision.
Does starting a draft count?
No. Creating an account or a draft does not qualify — the signed enrollment declaration and confirmation number do.
Can I enroll more than one standard?
Yes. Each standard needs its own legitimate enrollment submitted during 2026. Standards added after 2026 follow published prices.
Can the benefit be transferred or sold?
No. It belongs to the certified holder and scope. Routine contact or trading-name changes keep it; material ownership or scope changes are reviewed.
