Chakra Alignment & Energy Balancing
This course presents a practical, repeatable system for chakra alignment rooted in classical yogic maps and contemporary somatic science. You will learn functional anatomy of the seven primary chakra centers, clear indicators of imbalance, and precise assessment routines that use breath, posture, and focused attention rather than speculative techniques. Training emphasizes evidence-informed breathwork (coherent breathing, ratio sequencing, and energizing diaphragmatic patterns), visualization protocols for clearing and charging, and grounded centering methods for daily stability. Each lesson gives step-by-step practices: an assessment protocol to locate dysregulation, a clearing sequence to discharge held affect and tension, and a stabilization sequence to re-establish coherent flow. Psychology is integrated: for every center we map common emotional and cognitive patterns (e.g., root center somatic hypervigilance, throat center expressive inhibition), with concrete reframing and release exercises. Practices are safe, graduated, and designed for students who already have a meditation or basic energy-work foundation. The curriculum avoids ritual evocation, lineage attunement claims, and any medical or diagnostic promises; it is training in skillful self-regulation and energetic hygiene. By the end you will be able to assess chakra function reliably, run daily micro-practices to maintain alignment, and design individualized programs that combine breath sequencing, visualization, and behavioral habit design for long-term emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.
