Write Your Own Myth—and Live It

Write Your Own Myth—and Live It

This course teaches a disciplined, operational method to design and live a personal myth: a structured narrative that clarifies identity, orients choices, and anchors long-term development. Grounded in applied mythopoetics and practical psychological-spiritual methods, the program combines lineage techniques from ritual craft and symbolic practice with contemporary behavioral science. You will produce a compact Personal Myth Document (core premise, vows, roles, constraints), a set of physical and temporal cues that encode identity, and a repeatable ritual and review system that sustains momentum under pressure. Work is strictly non-denominational and explicitly not a substitute for clinical therapy. The course avoids divination systems and identity models as primary drivers; instead it teaches reproducible methods: choice architecture, habit design, symbolic alignment, failure protocols, and iterative narrative auditing. Lessons provide templates drawn from historical ritual structure (as procedural format, not invocation), classical sigil techniques reinterpreted as behavioral symbols, and proven reinforcement cycles from habit science. Outcomes: a one-page myth brief for daily decisions, a 12-week enactment plan with habit loops and accountability formats, a stress-response protocol to preserve consistency, and a review method for truthful, evidence-based revision of your narrative. Practical exercises, worksheets, and repeatable ritual blueprints ensure transfer from theory to dependable practice. This course is for intermediate students who want operational precision: to translate meaning into action, remove contradiction from their identity story, and steward long-range growth with resilient methods.
