Testing the New Support channel

We implemented a new support channel that works more or less the same as the previous one but with more options for you and better answers so you won't have to wait for our masters to be online. It is still in testing phase and we are tweaking it and adding information as we detect the need. The new support channel is available on all 3 sites: The Coven, The Academy and World of Amulets.
