Apply for certification

Founding enrollment 2026 — this application is free. Your founding status is secured when the enrollment declaration is confirmed before 1 January 2027 (Madrid time).

Sign in with your Terra Incognita Academy account, choose the standard that fits your work, enter your organization details and accept the enrollment declaration. You then receive an enrollment number and can upload evidence for each requirement.

What happens after you apply

  1. Enroll. Choose your standard and sign the enrollment declaration. In 2026 this secures your founding benefit immediately.
  2. Submit evidence. Upload documents or links for each requirement of TIAC-1000 and your specialist standard.
  3. Assessment. Each requirement is scored 0–4 against the published criteria.
  4. Corrective actions. Any gaps are listed with deadlines. You close them, then the assessment continues.
  5. Decision & registration. Approval gives you a permanent registration number, an official certificate and your live badge.
  6. Annual review. Certification runs 12 months and renews when you keep meeting the standards.

Available standards

  • TIAC-1100 Certified Professional — Independent professionals delivering services under their own name. From 2027: €199 initial assessment + €159/year.
  • TIAC-1200 Certified Business — Commercial businesses offering products or services to the public. From 2027: €299 initial assessment + €219/year.
  • TIAC-1300 Certified Educational Provider — Schools, academies and educators delivering structured learning. From 2027: €349 initial assessment + €249/year.
  • TIAC-1400 Certified Digital Service Provider — Online and digital service businesses. From 2027: €349 initial assessment + €249/year.
  • TIAC-1500 Certified Ethical Organization — Organizations assessed against an ethical conduct framework. From 2027: €299 initial assessment + €219/year.
  • TIAC-1600 Certified Nonprofit Organization — Charities, associations and other nonprofit bodies. From 2027: €199 initial assessment + €159/year.
  • TIAC-1700 Certified Professional Training Provider — Providers of professional or vocational training. From 2027: €399 initial assessment + €279/year.
  • TIAC-1800 Certified Customer Service Excellence — Organizations assessed on customer service quality. From 2027: €299 initial assessment + €219/year.
